We chose L3 b/c of our first impression. We had other contractors some and bid on the job but L3, listened to what we wanted, but they also gave us ideas we didn’t think about. They were really responsive to the questions we had and lastly, when I came outside Kelly would walk me thru and explain to me what and why he was doing this. He always left the work area clean and although the weather was bad on certain days, he would come or call to let us know he couldn’t make it. His work ethic and his attention to detail is superb. Lastly, there was hardly any waste of lumber or supplies. I recommend L3 to anyone and I would use them again.
