extend your outdoor living season
A 3-season vinyl track enclosure gives you more ways to enjoy your outdoor space throughout the year. Offering more protection from the elements than a traditional screen enclosure without converting the space into a fully conditioned sunroom, it’s a great option for homeowners who want to get more use from their porch, patio or enclosure.
Instead of screen alone, the window system uses flexible vinyl glazing that can be opened to let in fresh air or closed to help keep out rain, pollen and other outdoor elements. The durable vinyl is designed to flex when pushed or distorted and return to its original shape, making it especially well suited for outdoor living spaces.
While 3-season rooms are not designed to be heated or cooled year-round like a traditional conditioned sunroom, they can help extend the amount of time you’re able to comfortably enjoy your outdoor space throughout the changing seasons.
At L3 Installer Services, each 3-season enclosure is designed around your home and how you plan to use the space, with options for roofing, framing colors, vinyl, screen fabrics, window configurations, doors and other custom features.
low maintenance aluminum framing
Our 3-season enclosures are built with durable extruded aluminum framing designed for long-term outdoor use. Unlike wood, aluminum won’t rot, warp or require regular painting or staining, making it a low-maintenance choice for your outdoor living space.
The framing is available in a variety of colors, allowing the enclosure to coordinate with your home’s exterior and overall design. Depending on the project, a 3-season vinyl track system can be incorporated into a new enclosure or used to upgrade an existing screened space when the existing structure is suitable.

flexible vinyl windows
The flexible vinyl window system is what allows a 3-season room to adapt to changing weather. When the weather is nice, the vinyl panels can be opened to allow fresh air through the screened openings. When rain, pollen or cooler temperatures move in, the panels can be closed to provide additional protection from the elements.
Unlike traditional glass, the vinyl glazing is lightweight and flexible. If the material is pushed or distorted, it is designed to return to its original shape, making it a practical option for outdoor living spaces where traditional glass may not be necessary.
The vinyl is available in several tint options, allowing you to customize the appearance of the enclosure and the amount of privacy or light transmission you prefer.

window configurations
The vinyl window panels can be configured in different ways depending on the size and layout of your enclosure and how you’d like the windows to operate. The individual vinyl panels slide within the track system, allowing you to open a large portion of the window area for ventilation while keeping the screened opening protected from insects.
Depending on the configuration, the panels can stack toward the top or bottom of the opening, and horizontal sliding options are also available for certain applications. The vinyl panels can also be removed when desired, providing additional flexibility for how you use your enclosure throughout the year.
During your estimate, we’ll help determine which window configuration works best for your enclosure design, available openings and how you plan to use the space.
VERTICAL & HORIZONTAL OPTIONS

cabana door
Our 3-season enclosures typically include a Cabana Door designed to coordinate with the vinyl track system and aluminum framing. The door provides convenient access while maintaining the finished appearance of the enclosure.
The standard Cabana Door features a removable vinyl panel with screen, allowing you to enjoy ventilation when desired while still helping keep insects outside. The vinyl panel can be put in place when additional protection from the weather is needed.
For homeowners who prefer a different look, a fixed-style door is also available as an option. We’ll help determine the appropriate door placement and swing direction based on the layout of your enclosure.
