Not every outdoor project fits neatly into a single category. While many of our projects include screen enclosures, 3-season rooms, patio covers and decks, we also take on a variety of custom outdoor projects designed around a homeowner’s property and needs.

PROJECT INSPIRATION
dock renovations
An aging dock doesn’t always require a complete rebuild. When the existing pilings and supporting structure are still in usable condition, portions of the dock may be renovated to improve its appearance, safety and functionality while preserving the components that don’t need to be replaced.
Dock renovations can include replacing decking, stairs, handrails and other deteriorated components based on the condition of the existing structure. We’ll evaluate the project and discuss which portions may be suitable to remain and which should be replaced.
pergolas
A pergola can add architectural interest and definition to an outdoor space while maintaining an open-air feel. Whether incorporated into a deck, patio or other outdoor living area, a pergola can help create a more distinct space for relaxing, dining or entertaining.

accessibility ramps
An accessibility ramp can provide a safer and more convenient way to enter and exit your home for those who have difficulty navigating stairs. Each ramp is designed around the home’s existing entry, available space and the needs of the homeowner.
Depending on the project, ramps can include features such as landings, handrails and other design elements to create a functional transition between the home and surrounding property.
repairs & modifications
Not every outdoor space needs to be completely rebuilt. Depending on the condition of the existing structure, repairs or modifications may be an option for decks, screen enclosures and other outdoor projects.
From replacing damaged components to modifying an existing structure to better fit your needs, we’ll evaluate the project and determine whether a repair or renovation makes sense.
Repair projects are considered based on the scope of work, condition of the existing structure and project location.
