Are you interested in an outdoor living area that offers some of the features of a sun room but for a fraction of the cost? A 3 Season vinyl track enclosure is your best bet. These enclosures are a step up from a screen enclosure and a step down from a sun room making it a happy middle choice.

In lieu of screen only, a 3 Season enclosure uses a tough 10-mil vinyl glazing within a track system. If the vinyl is pushed, distorted, etc. the heavy mil vinyl will return to it’s original shape within minutes without any damage. Can’t say the same thing about a glass window pane…

Unlike a sun room, these enclosures are not meant to be heated or cooled year round. They will however allow you to extend your season just a bit longer than having screen only would, as it will keep the pollen, rain & snow out. When the tracks are open, they will let the breeze in while keeping out the insects.

frame material

Not only do we use extruded aluminum for the framing of our 3 Season vinyl track enclosures, the tracks themselves are extruded aluminum as well. This offers both a light weight installation and virtually a maintenance free experience once your enclosure is built. The vinyl tracks come in a variety of colors that will complement the framing of the enclosure itself. (White, bronze, pebble khaki & beige.)

ADDITIONAL CUSTOM OPTIONS

In addition to the frame color selection, the 3 Season vinyl tracks offer multiple additional custom options. From electing to go with a tint on the vinyl glazing to going with a privacy screen type, there is an option to meet your needs. Below, you will find a list of custom options you can elect to go with when building your 3 Season vinyl track enclosure. (Standard/default selections are as followed – clear vinyl, white frame, 1814 charcoal screen & vertical 4 track panes and cabana door.)
