ENJOY MORE OF YOUR outdoor space
A custom screen enclosure gives you a comfortable place to enjoy the outdoors with added protection from insects, rain and the South Carolina elements. Whether you’re enclosing an existing patio or creating an entirely new outdoor living space, we’ll design the enclosure around your home, your space and how you plan to use it.
At L3 Installer Services, our screen enclosures aren’t one-size-fits-all kits. Each project is custom designed with options for roofing, framing colors, screen fabrics, doors, kick plates, knee walls and other features. We’ll help you explore the available options and create an enclosure that complements your home and fits your needs.
BUILT WITH LOW-MAINTENANCE ALUMINUM
Our screen enclosures are built with durable extruded aluminum framing designed for long-lasting outdoor use. Unlike wood, aluminum won’t rot, warp or require regular painting or staining, making it a low-maintenance choice for your outdoor living space.
Framing is available in a variety of colors, including white, wheat, clay, bronze and black, allowing us to coordinate your enclosure with your home’s exterior and overall design.

custom options
Every screen enclosure is a little different, which is why we offer a variety of options to customize your space around your home, lifestyle and design preferences. From kick plates and knee walls to French doors, pet doors, pickets and specialty screen fabrics, we’ll help you choose the features that make the most sense for your project.
Explore some of the available options below. Additional options may be available depending on your enclosure design and project needs.
KICK PLATE & knee walls
Kick plate provides added protection along the bottom of your screen enclosure from lawn equipment, pets, children and everyday wear while also helping reduce water splash in areas close to the ground. Available heights include 16″, 20″ and 24″.
For a more substantial finished wall, insulated knee walls are also available. Knee walls can provide additional support for furniture placement and offer space for electrical wiring when incorporated into the enclosure design.

FRENCH DOORS
French doors provide a wider opening for moving furniture, grills and other larger items in and out of your screen enclosure while also adding a more substantial entryway to the space.
Our French door systems are designed without a center post between the doors and can be configured to swing in or out depending on your enclosure design and available space.

PICKETS
Pickets can add both style and function to your screen enclosure. They create a more finished, railing-style appearance while maintaining an open view through the enclosure.
Depending on the design, floor height and applicable building requirements, pickets may also be incorporated for safety. We’ll help determine whether they’re optional or needed as part of your enclosure design.

exterior siding
Exterior siding can be added to the lower portion of your screen enclosure to help it blend more seamlessly with your home’s exterior. This creates a more finished, built-in appearance rather than leaving the lower wall as exposed framing.
This option is installed over a kick plate or knee wall and can be coordinated with your home’s existing siding and enclosure design.

pet doors
Pet doors can be incorporated into your screen enclosure so your pets can move between the house and outdoor space more easily. Depending on the enclosure design, a pet door can be installed within a screen wall or incorporated into an enclosure door.
We’ll help determine the best placement and configuration based on your enclosure layout and your pet’s needs.

screen fabric
The right screen fabric can make a big difference in how your enclosure looks, feels and performs. We offer a variety of screen options designed for different needs, including everyday insect protection, improved visibility, added durability and pet-resistant applications.
During your estimate, we’ll help you compare the available screen fabrics and choose the option that best fits how you plan to use your outdoor space.
