Screen Enclosures

create an outdoor living space

Have you ever wanted to sit outside but couldn’t because it was raining? Maybe you’ve been outside sitting and then those pesky Carolina flies and mosquitoes started coming around that you hate. Well a screen enclosure may be just want you need! Our screen enclosures provide you with extra living space and a solution to being able to enjoy your time outdoors.

While others may install a cookie cutter kit, here at L3 Installer Services we custom build our screen enclosures to meet every client’s specific needs. We have multiple roofing options, screen types and material colors to match what you are looking for. Our team will go over the various options available to you to ensure the best fit during your estimate appointment.

extruded aluminum material

We use extruded aluminum framing for our screen enclosures. This material is a great alternative to wood with out the drawbacks and maintenance requirements. Aluminum is virtually maintenance free and comes in a variety of colors. (White, wheat, clay, bronze & black.)

custom options

We offer a plethora of options to really allow you to customize your enclosure to meet your design needs and ideas. From electing a solar screen fabric in a color to adding a pet door for your furry friend, we have an option for you. Below, you will find a partial list of custom options you can add to meet your needs.

KICK PLATE

Kick plate coil provides bottom wall protection from lawn equipment & small children/pets. It also helps eliminate water splash if your floor is close to the ground. Panel heights of 16″, 20″ & 24″.

Knee walls are similar to kick plate, however they are insulated instead of metal coil. This space can be used to run electrical wiring or just provided additional “support” for furniture.

FRENCH DOORS

If you’re looking for a wider opening to bring in all your outdoor furniture, french doors are a great option.

Our systems have no center posts and can be in-swing or out-swing based on your design needs.

PICKETS

Pickets can be optional or depending on your ground height, may be required by code. Either way, they are a great element to give your design that extra flare.

outside siding

If you would like your screen enclosure to flow even more seamlessly into the design of your home, outside bottom siding is a great option. (This option requires using a bottom kick plate as mentioned above.)

pet doors

Your furry friends can be included in the design of your screen enclosure as well. Pet doors can be added to either the door or screen wall; whichever works best for your needs.

screen fabric

Depending on your needs, we offer a variety of screen fabrics to choose from. These options include – sun control/tinted, insect & pet-resistant.
